- Who do you accept into A.C.E. Language Institutes?

We accept all students 17 and older who fill out an application and send us the correct documents and fees. All you have to do is:
- Fill out and send us a completed application
- Send us the application fee payment
- Send us a copy of your passport
- Send us a bank statement or financial guarantee if you need an I-20
We will then send you a Welcome Packet to prepare you for your A.C.E. studies. This packet will include your requested I-20 so that you can apply for your visa.
- Can A.C.E. Language Institutes help me go to a college/university in the USA?

Yes! Many of our students go on to a college or university with our help.
- We will help you find and apply to an institute, college, or university you choose.
- Colleges and universities in the USA are very different. We will teach you about them.
- Every A.C.E. Institute has an Academic Advisor who is there to help you.
- We will give you the right documents you need to transfer to a college or university and we will be happy to help you with the application process.
- Our programs include 'university preparation' courses to teach you what you need to know so you will do well.
- Our graduates are very successful in US colleges and universities.
- Our Level 6 students take college classes as part of the regular A.C.E. program.
- Most Language Institutes have special TOEFL and English test prep classes for you.
- Our Language Institutes are located on university campuses.
- A.C.E graduates can apply for undergraduate admission directly to our partner universities without a TOEFL score!

You can receive Conditional Admission to a U.S. university if you meet the academic qualifications but need additional training in English for academic purposes. Your Conditional Admission Letter would state the requirements that you must complete before fully entering the university, such as completing A.C.E. Level 6 as proof of English proficiency.
Completion of A.C.E. Level 6 is sufficient for proof of English proficiency without needing to take the TOEFL test for any of A.C.E.'s host university sites. Additionally, the following partner universities have also agreed to accept A.C.E. in lieu of TOEFL for English proficiency. Click here for partners.
- Will I need to take the TOEFL to attend a University after studying at A.C.E.?

You can complete your English language training with A.C.E. and transfer into one of our partner universities or colleges without taking the TOEFL. If you wish to attend an institution that is not one of our partners, we offer TOEFL prep courses to help you prepare.
- Does A.C.E. Language Institutes work with agents?

- How can I transfer to A.C.E. Language Institutes?

1) In order to transfer from one A.C.E. Language Institute to another, please contact [email protected]
2) In order to transfer to A.C.E. from another ESL program, please:
a) Complete an online application
b) List your transfer school on the application
c) Submit a $100 application payment
d) Provide a copy of your passport, bank statement, and I-20
We will then send you an acceptance letter and a transfer form. Your advisor needs to complete this form and send it back to us. - Does A.C.E. offer scholarships to its students?

No, A.C.E. does not offer scholarships at this time.
